Burger Bash Team Registration

Team Requirements:

Up to 6 members per team, 1 captain

60 minutes to prepare and present:

1 Burger

2  Sides

1 Large dessert

Judging Process:

4 judges, scoring 1-10

Categories For Judging:

1. Appearance

2. Creativity

3. Cohesive Components

4. Burger Height (5-inch minimum)

5. Team Cleanliness

6. Overall Meal Presentation (burger, two sides and large dessert)

Prizes:

1st place: Burger Bash trophy and $600

2nd place: $300

Equipment and Supplies:

Provided: 5 grill stations, 20 lbs of ground beef 20 buns

Teams may bring additional equipment if needed. (you will need it)

Prepare to serve up to 25 people.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Team Composition: up to 6 members

2. Time Limit: 60 minutes to prepare and present.

3. Presentation: Be creative! Captain presents the meal.

4. Meal Requirements:

- One burger (5-inch height)

- Two sides

- One large dessert

5. Amateur Competition: No working chefs or restaurant owners can be on a team. Having this advantage will result in disqualification

6. Homemade Components: All components of the burger, sides and desserts (excluding the bun) must be made by a team member. Not doing so will result in disqualification.

7. Outdoor Event: Avoid ice cream desserts due to there not being suffent freezer space on site.
