About the event

Burger Bash began in 2013 as an innovative challenge designed by Chef Dorian Hunter and her husband Charles. Originally held in their home, the event has always aimed to push the boundaries of burger creativity. Each year, inspired by the support of friends and family, Chef Dorian’s burger creations became more ambitious. Noteworthy examples include the Breakfast Burger—featuring a one-pound ground beef patty, a half-pound ground sausage patty, a sunny side up egg, hash browns, and bacon between two cinnamon roll doughnuts, and the Triple Cheesy Crispy Cream Burger, with three half-pound beef patties and cheese between two Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Beyond showcasing culinary innovation, Burger Bash has also been a platform for philanthropy.  This year, Burger Bash has partnered with World Deliverance Outreach Ministries (WDOM) to raise funds for the construction of a new church. WDOM is actively involved in the community. One of WDOM's outreach programs is Beyond the Walls. Its mission is to help those in need. WDOM volunteers with Paz De Cristo to help feed the homeless. Beyond the Walls also conducts various outreach events providing clothing, toiletries and other necessities. In addition, WDOM collaborates with Teen Challenge of Arizona's Greater Phoenix Men's Center by ministering at their services and

financially supporting their annual banquet.  Last year, Burger Bash expanded into a competition format, allowing amateur chefs to present their extreme burger concepts. This year, we plan to host the largest Burger Bash event to date,

continuing our tradition of success and community engagement.
